Obverse: Die crack above VDB; light diagonal die scratches through LIBERTY; many die scratches through the date (most are either SW-NE or vertical); die clash at throat; strong curving die scratches past the motto in the periphery above WE TRUST and below the bust; diagonal die scratch in front of eye on nose and another in the field before the nose.
Reverse: Many curving die scratches throughout the reverse with several strong scratches inside the C of CENT.
