Obverse: Die scratches run north from the 19 of the date. A concentric die scratch over the motto. N-S die scratches in front of the face. Numerous die scratches on the coat and lapel.

Reverse: A rough/pitted die surface from the E of ONE and around the NT of CENT. Reverse is MDS.
