Obverse: Multiple die scratches can be found around the eye area and the lapel area heading mainly East and West. Two die gouges can found between the rim and the bottom of the shoulder. Two die gouges can be found on the top left corners of the RU of TRUST. Die deterioraton doubling can be found on around the front of the face from the forehead down through the chin.

Reverse: A die scratch can be found in between the E. of E. PLURIBUS and the top of the left wheat stock. Two die scratches can be found heading east from the P to the L in PLURIBUS. A die scratch can be found heading south from the top of the rim in between the IB of PLURIBUS. A die scratch can be found heading S/W from the S in STATEs to the A on AMERICA. Multiple die scratches can be found the E of STATES.
