Obverse: Light NNW die scratches through T in LIBERTY. Small die gouge in ear. Light die scratches on temple. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: Worn E/W die scratches through first U in UNUM. Die dot near rim SE of M in UNUM. Die clash in C of CENT. SE die scratches from bottom of T in CENT and through AT in STATES. SE die gouge between UN in UNITED.
