Obverse: SW die scratch from 9 in date. Die crack on jacket in to shoulder. Die gouge through L in LIBERTY. Die scratches between D in GOD and W in WE. Reverse is MDS
Reverse: ESE die scratches through UR in PLUURIBUS. SSE die scratches connect bottom of E in ONE to T in CENT. Short die gouges from upper E in CENT. Die gouge in N of CENT.
