Die Notes
An actual tripled...maybe even quadrupled die, this variety shows at least three distinct extra eyelids (one east and two south). In addition, the 4 of the date shows some doubling which may be unrelated.

Obverse: A small die gouge near the rim next to the N of IN. A die scratch between the bust and rim.
Reverse: Light, N-S die scratches through the U of UNITED and on both sides of the T of CENT. Reverse is MDS.
