Obverse: NW/SE die scratches from date to chin. ENE die scratch from top of Y in LIBERTY. Crossing die scratches in front of forehead under TRUST. Reverse is LDS

Reverse: Large die crack on lower right wheat stalk. Die gouge on Uppe right of N in ONE.
