Obverse: A die scratch through IN GOD. Die damage in the form of a scrape or gouge on the forehead into the hair line. A light die crack in the field to the right of the forehead. A small die scratch between the rim and the L of LIBERTY.
Reverse: A small die scratch between the U and S of PLURIBUS. A light die dent between the E and N of CENT. Reverse is EMDS.
