Obverse: Die Scratch running SE from the bottom lip of licolns head. Die Crack running on bottom of lapel and in to the rim. Die Scratches running off the bridge of lincolns nose. Die Crack running E and W on lincolns forehead. Die Gouge seen on the left side of T in TRUST.

Reverse: Die Scratches runnning N and S through UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Die Crack on left Wheat Stalk. Die Scratches running N and S through ON of ONE. Die Chip on right Wheat Stalk.
