Obverse: Doubling seen on right side of 1, inside loop of 9, and directly under horizontal bar of 4. Die gouge to left of T on TRUST, die gouge on top of 2nd T on TRUST

Reverse: The coin examined is circulated with no visible markers, potentially a die scratch just inside the lower loop of second S in STATES
