Obverse: An strong 'S' shaped die gouge to the left of the mouth. Light E-W die scratches under the first T of TRUST. Concentric die scratches throughout the obverse.
Reverse: A die crack from the rim to the field next to the first dot of the motto. A stronger die scratch between the M and E of AMERICA. Concentric die scratches throughout the reverse. Reverse is MDS.
