Obverse: Die scratch running from NE to SW behind head. Die damage anomaly under tie. Die dot under lip and multiple curved die scratches on jaw. Die scratch centered under G and O. Die crack on back of head. Curved die scratches on neck.

Reverse: Die gouge inside the U of PLURIBUS. Die scratch running from NE to SW right side of Left wheat tip. Small die chips bottom of S in STATES.
