Obverse: A small E-W die scratch in front of the eye. Die dot between OD in GOD. A small die crack in the upper first 5 of the date. Die crack just starting to form on lapel. Reverse is MDS.

Reverse: A small die scratch runs SE from below the middle horizontal crossbar of the E of ONE. Die clash from E in ONE to N in CENT. Die clash in C of CENT. Die crack forming on lower vertical of T in CENT.
