Obverse: A rectangular shaped gouge between the forehead and hair line. A die crack is beginning over the VDB. A die gouge near the folds of the lapel. Although not shown here, there is a long die dent from the beard, through the neck and onto the collar of the jacket.

Reverse: N-S die scratches throughout the reverse die.
