Obverse: N-S die scratches in front of the forehead, nose, and through the 19 of the date. SSW die scratch from bottom of Y in LIBERTY. Reverse is MDS.

Reverse: A die scratch between the lower E and S of STATES. NE die scratches above left cornice. E/W die scratches though E in CENT. ENE die scratch in lower E of ONE.
