Obverse: A small die scratch protrudes from the bottom 0f the 9 in the date, with lighter die scratches prominently running NE-SW through the entire date. A small, light die gouge shows to the left of the W in WE. NE-SW die scratches run parallel to the back of the coat.

Reverse: A die crack and die chip is located on the top of column 12. NW-SE die scratches can be seen on the bottoms of the 9th and 10th memorial bays A small die scratch with chips runs the length of column 1. Reverse is MDS
