Obverse: A short but strong die gouge protrudes westward from the first T of TRUST. Two die scratches point southwest from the back of the head. The date and mintmark are shows for mintmark placement. Obverse is MDS.

Reverse: Light E-W die scratches show in the lower third of the design.
