Obverse: Old worn NE-SW die scratches visible on the obverse. A die scratch runs to the southwest from the bottom of the E in LIBERTY. A die gouge in the field below the BE of LIBERTY.

Reverse: A large die blob on the right eave. A die crack and chips on the 12th column. A NW-SE die scratch from the bottom of the D of UNITED. Reverse is MLDS.
