Obverse: Numerous NW - SE die scratches on obverse, especially through the 19 of the date and protruding from the face. Other die scratches show above LIBERTY.

Reverse: Primarily E-W die scratches throughout the reverse. Stronger scratches through STATES, through the motto, and in the upper memorial bays. Short parallel NW-SE die scratches to the right of the T in CENT. Reverse is MDS.
