Obverse: A small die gouge shows inside the zero of the date. A possible extra point to an L shows beneath the L of LIBERTY. This point could also be a die gouge. A small die gouge shows in the field touching the back of the coat beneath the Y of LIBERTY.

Reverse: N-S die scratches show throughout the lower two thirds of the design. A die gouge shows inside the lower loop of the B of PLURIBUS. Reverse is LMDS.
