Obverse: Die gouge under lapel near rim. Die scratches through date. Generally NE die scratches through RTY in LIBERTY. Heavy NE die scratch under IN. Reverse is EMDS
Reverse: E/W die scratches across top of reverse and through ONE CENT. Die gouge E/W on base under bay 10.

Obverse: A long die crack (spiked head) runs from the rim, through the W of WE and into the head. Strong die scratches from the N of IN and the G of GOD run south to LIBERTY.
Reverse: A small, short die scratch on the roof near the right cornice. A light N-S die scratch in the center of Bay #2 of the memorial. Reverse is MDS.
