Obverse: Die gouge under lapel near rim. Die scratches through date. Generally NE die scratches through RTY in LIBERTY. Heavy NE die scratch under IN. Reverse is EMDS

Reverse: E/W die scratches across top of reverse and through ONE CENT. Die gouge E/W on base under bay 10.
