Obverse: Old die clash remnants to the west of the 1 in the date. Light NW-SE die scratches through the date. A long NW-SE die scratch above the date. A long NW-SE die scratch behind the head.

Reverse: A heavy die scratch runs E-W through the T of CENT. N-S die scratches through EPU. Reverse is MLDS.
