Obverse: Two small but distinct die gouges show to the south of the L of LIBERTY. A small but prominent die dot shows to the right of the tail of the 9 of the date.
Reverse: Die scratches show in the vicinity of E of ONE and the C of CENT. Reverse is LMDS.
