Obverse: A die gouge can be found in between the rim and the lapel. Die gouges can be found under the intials VDB. Multiple die gouges can be found on the back shoulder of lincoln and running the Y of LIBERTY. A die scratch can be found running through the bottom right corner of the N of IN. Die gouge can be found in the R of TRUST.

Reverse: A die scratch can be found running through the E and to the back of the S in STATES. Two die cracks can be found running from the bottom of the memorial steps of the N in ONE. Concentric die scratches can be found running through CENT. Two die scratches can be found running E/W from the M in UNUM.
