Obverse: A series of E-W die scratches in the field in front of the chin area. Predominantly SW-NE die scratches on top of the head with a stronger scratch between the first T and the R of TRUST.

Reverse: A small die gouge above the left leg of the M of AMERICA. A die scratch on the lower 10th memorial bay. Reverse is MDS.
