Obverse: N-S die scratches in front of the forehead. Die crack through WE. SE die scratch between forehead and US in TRUST. SW die gouge between lapel and rim. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: Die scratches below the lower right memorial base through T in CENT.. Generally E-W die scratches above the left memorial base. SW die scratch in upper corner of bay 1 and 2.
