Obverse: A small die gouge to the northeast of the mintmark. Small, light die scratches inside the ear.
Reverse: Numerous, heavy die scratches through the motto. Heavy E-W die scratches run though ONE CENT. Horizontal die scratches inside the top of the 6th memorial bay. Reverse is MDS.
