Obverse: Light N-S die scratches between the Y of LIBERTY and the back of the coat.
Reverse: Die scratches show in the upper 4th memorial bay. A die scratch between the 2nd T and the E of STATES. A series of small die gouges at the bottom left of the E of CENT. Reverse is EDS.
