Obverse: Light die scratches in front of the lips, chin, and neck.

Reverse: A curved die scratch under the A of STATES. Numerous, heavy N-S die scratches in the 3rd memorial bay. Heavy E-W die scratches below the memorial. Reverse is MDS.
