Obverse: A die break shows between the lower BE of LIBERTY. A die crack shows on the forehead just above the eyebrow. A large die dot shows between the upper parts of the last two digits of the date.
Reverse: A small thin die crack runs east fromt he upper C of CENT. Light SW-NE die scratches show in the lower part of the design. Light E-W die scratches show between the motto and the roof of the memorial.
