Light to moderate extra thickness shows in LIBERTY with rounded notching on the upper right corners of the letters. The date shows additional extra thickness with a north bulge as well.

Obverse: A die crack to the northwest of the eye. A small die crack to the east of the B in LIBERTY. A small die gouge to the south of the date.

Reverse: A die crack from the left planter runs north up the 3rd column and into the roof area. A pair of die gouges in the 11th memorial bay. Reverse is MDS.
