Obverse: A long die crack runs NW from the eye brow to the top of the forehead. A die crack in the hair below GOD WE. Obverse is MDS.

Reverse: A die crack on left arm. A die crack along the bottom of right boot. Die crack on left boot. A die chip and crack in the end of the log. A die crack through the O of ONE. Numerous NE-SW die scratches in the field above the book.
