Obverse: Crossing die scratches at 19 in date. NE die scratches from lapel through mintmark. Concentric die scratches around rim. Concentric die scratches on cheek. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: Die gouge under O in ONE. Die gouge in first U in UNUM die gouge from last leg of N in UNUM. Small die gouge in upper left T in CENT. Small SE die scratch in lower O in OF.
