Obverse: A heavy die dot shows beneath the R of LIBERTY. Another heavy die dot shows beneath and between the T and Y of LIBERTY. A slight indention shows on the die below the 6 of the date.
Reverse: A doe gouge shows on the left side of the last A of AMERICA. A die dot shows on the bottom of the last S of STATES. A die crack shows in the wheat lines just above the right wheat grains. Reverse is LDS.
