A very nice repunched mintmark, and a bonus that it's on a one-year type (steel cent). This variety shows a very clear and distinct secondary mintmark spread half a mintmark distance to the southwest. Old FS-19.0

Obverse: Diagonal scratch from tail of 9 to lower mintmark, die scratch directly in front of eye, circular scratches through GO of GOD, and off top upper right of W in WE. Mix of die scratch behind head above Y of LIBERTY

Reverse: A pattern of NW-SE die scratches can be seen running through the first A of AMERICA. Another die scratch runs from the top of the M to the top of the E in AMERICA.
