Obverse: Light curved die scratches in the field above LIBERTY. A heavier die scratch protrudes from the top of the forehead.
Reverse: Numerous die scratches throughout the reverse. A longer die scratch runs SE through the O of ONE, and a series of lighter scratches through the AT of STATES to the CA of AMERICA. Reverse is MDS.
