Obverse: Light die scratch under 4 in date. Pair of SW die scratches from back of neck. Heavy die scratch connect D in GOD to W in WE. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: SE die scratch between NE in ONE. Multidirectional die scratches through STATES. Heavy die gouge in upper N of CENT. Heavy die clash from O in OF and through C in CENT.
