- Small die scratch runs generally N-S to the left of the mouth. Another longer N-S die scratch shows in front of the lip.
- Doubled eyelid shows moderately and closely hubbed inside the primary eye.
- Die crack runs across the hair.
- Die cracks form a network across the bust in typical weak areas.
- A very heavy and long die gouge shows over the lower shoulder fold.
