Obverse: Multidirectional die scratches through 19 in date. Die dot between lapel and rim. NE die scratch in upper Y of LIBERTY. ENE die scratch connects GO in GOD. Reverse is EMDS

Reverse: SE die scratches through PLURIBUS. Crossing die scratch east of E in ONE. SSE die scratch from E in STATES to right wheat stalk. E/W die scratches through lower left wheat stalk. Short curved die scratches in N of CENT.
