Obverse: Old die scratches run NW-SE through date. Of note is a die scratch running from the bottom of the 1 to the tail of the 9. A patch of die scratches runs NE-SW behind the head.
Reverse: A die clash mark runs from the N of UNITED to the right of the C of CENT, and inside the upper right N of CENT. Reverse is MDS.
