Serif mintmark. This variety shows rather minor split serifs. The extra serif at the top belongs to the stronger part of the mintmark at the bottom, and the extra serif at the bottom belongs to the stronger part of the mintmark at the top.

Obverse: A concentric die scratch shows above the OD of GOD. A thin die crack shows from the lower left of the W in WE through the hair toward the ear. An east to west die scratch shows touching the tail of the 9 in the date.

Reverse: A large and deep die gouge runs north to south to the left of the C in CENT. Reverse is LDS.
