Obverse: A few old light north to south die scratches show around the 9 of the date. A light die scratch extends southeast from the bottom of the 1 in the date. Many heavy north-south die scratches show on and around the bust, including the throat and other recess

Reverse: Many east to west die scratches show covering most of the central portion of the reverse. Reverse is MDS.
