Obverse: SW die scratch connect mintmark to lapel. ESE die gouge on shoulder. Die scratches under LIBERTY including a heavy curved die scratch from top of shoulder. Die gouge on top of first T in TRUST. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: Die dot between Right wheat and U in UNITED. E/W die scratches connects UN in UNUM. What appears to be a die crack on lower left wheat.
