Obverse: Inside the 4 is a few light die scratches and on the outer upper crossbar there is a mark from die fatigue.
Reverse: Inside the R on PLURIBUS legs there are a few remaining die scratches that are almost faded totally. There is a very light die scratch Under C of CENT. Reverse is LDS.
