Obverse: Numerous die scratches in and around the date and mint mark. Light NE-SW die scratches behind the head. A strong die scratch/gouge protrudes from the head above the eye brow.

Reverse: A slightly curved die scratch through the RIB and under the BUS of PLURIBUS. Heavy N-S die gouges under the M of AMERICA. Reverse is MDS.
