Obverse: Small die break on the tip of 9 in the date. SE die scratch between lapel and date. NNW die scratches in shoulder folds. SSE die scratch from first T in TRUST. Reverse is LMDS

Reverse: Crossing die scratches between dot and first U in UNUM. Die break on T in CENT. SE die scratch from O in OF. E/W die scratch from lower C in CENT to ward left wheat stalk.
