Obverse: Die crack on leg of 9 and across to 5 on date starting to appear. Die crack on lapel running N-S also a light die clash on throat. Die cracks on head and west of eye. Die crack below E on LIBERTY.

Reverse: Light die crack on left wheat grains and lines. Strong die scratches on AM of AMERICA. Reverse is LDS.
