Obverse: Concentric die scratches on lapel through shoulder folds. SE die scratch behind shoulder. WNW die scratch from back of head. Numerous light N-S die scratches in front of the forehead. Reverse is LMDS
Reverse: A long heavy die scratch from the bottom of the S of PLURIBUS, runs southeast through the E of ONE and between NT of CENT.
