Obverse: Multidirectional die scratches from forehead. SE die scratch from 9 to rim. E/W die scratch between 52 in date. NW die scratch from vest to T in LIBERTY. Die dot between US in TRUST. Die clash at throat. Reverse is MLDS

Reverse: ESE die scratches from PLU in PLURIBUS. Generally E/W die scratches through ONE. Heavy E/W die gouge from NE in ONE to right wheat. Die break lower leg of T in CENT. Die break at rim next to right wheat. Die break at rim under right wheat stem. Strong E/W die gouge through first A in AMERICA. Two SW die scratches from first A in AMERICA to left wheat stem. Multiple die scratches through CE in CENT. Die clash at N in CENT
