Obverse: Light die scratches between date with one crack forming between the lower 5 and mintmark. A few die scratches above the date from the 5 & 3 with a lone scratch above the 3. Light fading die scratch east of face from nose to hair. Die gouge under jaw and east of bow tie.
Reverse: Die break on T of CENT. Several die scratches inside C of CENT with a N-S flow touching the N on UNITED. Reverse is LDS.
